Full Size Wine Cellars
	Many Summit Appliance wine-cellars, both compact and full-sized are built to the highest standards and are certified for commercial use, including our SWC6G under-counter series. Summit Appliance offers our customers the flexibility to custom build wine cellars with choices of cabinet finish, door trim, handle style, shelves and door finish.
Built-In Wine Cellars
	Summit Appliance has the most extensive collection of commercially approved, quality wine cellars in the industry. Our cellars are designed to hold up to years of constant use. Our under-counter wine cellars feature our novel "build-your-own" system, where you can customize cabinet finish, shelves, doors, handles and temperature to your exact specifications. All under-counter models are suitable for recessed or built-in use, and can even accept the new "Colors by Summit Appliance" door wrappers on solid door models.
Counter Height Wine Cellars (32-34 inches)
	Summit Appliance under-counter wine cellars set the quality standard. Ours are fully auto-defrost, and have a cold wall design (the evaporator is hidden behind the rear wall). Our base model SWC-6G (in white or black) is approved for commercial use (models with wooden shelving do not meet these standards) and all models on this page with scalloped or flat chrome shelves have ETL-Sanitary (commercial) approval (comply with ANSI-NSF standard 7). All models are complete with a factory lock, and all models either have reversible doors or can be ordered left hand or right hand door swing. Models with factory frames can accommodate your custom panels and custom handles with our innovative stainless steel handle mounting bracket. These models can all be customized with a choice of white, black or stainless steel cabinets, door finish, handle choice, shelf style and temperature setting. Compact Wine Cellars
	Summit Appliance offers a mid-sized commercial wine cellar, only 24 inches high to compliment our extensive line of full size and under-counter models. It offers a standard front-lock, adjustable wine shelves, a black finish and double pane glass doors. Summit Appliance can also modify many existing refrigerators (including all stainless steel models) into wine storage systems or wine-cellars with the addition of racking and a precision digital thermostat.

SCR310LWC - Summit Appliance SCR310LWC is a compact wine cellar designed ideal for home or commercial use (NSF-7). It features a glass door, adjustable wire shelves, automatic defrost and a front mounted lock. This black/glass unit accommodates 24 bottles. Price: $320.00.

SWC520 - Summit Appliance SWC520 is our popular deluxe, under-counter wine cellar. It features 7 racks, humidity control, glass door, adjustable shelves, automatic defrost and interior light. SPR6OS2Z - Summit Appliance SPR6OS2Z is an all stainless steel counter-height 4.8 c.f. all-refrigerator with automatic defrost and U.L. approval for outdoor use. It features two glass doors and 2 zones for beverages and wine. It can be used under-counter or freestanding. Available in a stainless steel finish. Price: $1,189.00.
